- Graduated from Hirosaki University School of Medicine, obtaining a specialization as an ophthalmologist and a Doctor of Medicine.
- Joined the Aomori Prefectural Government in 2006, working as a public health physician.
- Obtained an MBA from GLOBIS University Graduate School of Management.
- Served as the director of the Kamijusan Health Center in Aomori Prefecture.
- Appointed as the director of AGA Skin Clinic Aomori in April 2023.
